ANY REIMBURSEMENTS FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or any visible wear and tear. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the merchandise. We do not provide prepaid return labels; the customer must cover the shipping expenses for any returned items.
Once your return request has been approved, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included in the returned merchandise shipment.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take 1-5 days to reach our facility. Please keep your proof of postage and provide us with a tracking number. JYA Fashions is not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit for future purchases. The issued store credit does not expire and can be used right away.
